This weeks episode is all about discipline but don’t think of it as a bad thing discipline is only an investment in self when applied correctly.
The Blueprint if you will. Ups to Shawn Carter.
We won’t always be motivated so we have to be disciplined.

New Years resolutions are nice & much of the excitement that exists during this time can prove useful when propelling the intentional thinking required to sustain us throughout the remainder of the year.
For it’s the remainder of the year that often proves to be the meticulous fine print majority of us sit aside. By the time February rolls around we find ourselves quickly running out of steam.
How do we keep pushing 365 days a year? The answer is closer than you think. Discipline.
Discipline isn’t a terrible thing: You have unlimited potential to reach every desired level in your life, all you need is discipline. Even I catch myself short selling discipline & up selling circumstance. “If only I could .. if only I had .. if only I were..”
Discipline
1. Creates a better relationship with self while increasing willpower.
Discipline involves creating healthy habits that support any avenue necessary to ensure the best version of you exists. Willpower is the balancing act. It involves holding yourself accountable for your actions & remaining conscious of your behavior.
Discipline doesn’t imply not getting what you want. In reality you’ve now developed the freedom to pursue the life you truly desire. You’re trusting the process & allowing your works to propel you forward.
2. You might think discipline is hard or unnecessarily draining but consider the state of your life without it. How many mistakes have you made thus far? What are you unhappy with that could have been changed previously with a little more commitment? Learning to accept short term discomfort while visualizing the bigger picture makes it easier to remain consistent.
3. Can better connect you with your purpose. Discipline is great but clarity is key. Knowing why you’re pushing towards the dream is essential. Applying your efforts & remaining disciplined can help uncover the motive behind your works.
Notice there are different variations of The Blueprint, new levels. New stages. You have to constantly put in work to see your full potential & discipline is the real cornerstone to a lot of what we aspire for. Stop blaming what was & start building what is.
