It’s been said the pursuit of our dreams can seem selfish, that it encourages putting your wants over other people’s needs. As with all things, this can be true, but only to some extent. None the less it is my belief that a world centered around passion is a more progressive one. Happiness is subjective & we are all entitled to our variation of it. Whatever your passion you have the ability to make a positive impact. If you so choose.
Passion, can provide a sense of fulfillment, & nurturing your passion encompasses the acknowledgement of your existing talents/abilities while developing others. In order to have a lifestyle that truly resonates with you it is essential that you & only you shape the mold that is your life.
Pursuit of your passions establishes barriers that tell others they have no room to define you & while you may feel paralyzed due to certain stigmas, or even afraid of the possible repercussions that come with following you dreams you should actually (IMO) ... be more terrified of living a life of familiarity just because it appears safe. I once heard everything we want is on the other side of fear. This isn’t a call to impracticality but don’t deny yourself the expansion of your potential because you’re “too scared” of moving forward.
You are the creator of your dreams. Big or small. Understanding this will allow you to design a plan built to definitively accomplish your goals. “Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.’ – Georg Hegel, German philosopher. Live boldly when designing your future. It only sounds crazy until it happens.
When remaining passionate about your dreams you will inevitably produce something worth sharing with others. Invoking hope, inspiration and for some even ... added meaning to life. Success shared is success earned. It is important to plant seeds of wisdom & provide inspiration when possible.
